Over the past 30 years, Jan Revella, R.N. has made a real difference in the lives of tens of thousands of people with arthritis who have experienced her arthritis education seminars and courses. Here is what just a few of them have to say:
"Three words: Exceptional, Excellent, Awesome!"

"Jan's approach to education says it all. She is entertaining, refreshing and addictive. Once people hear her seminars, they want more. Word-of-mouth support has made Jan a household name among the tens of thousands she has touched over the years."

"I have always been athletic and had my share of bumps and bruises. When I turned 40 I began to feel aches and pains and chalked it up as part of the aging process. Then my doctor told me it was just arthritis, something I would have to live with. A friend told me about Jan and that her course could perhaps help me. I went through the course about a year ago and all I can say is it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Life is better and I can now have some control over my own destiny."

"I have been suffering from progressive degenerative arthritis of my lumbar spine for the past ten plus years. I recently took Jan Revella's Feeling Good With Arthritis class. The course was beneficial in the following ways: First, it provides in everyday language a detailed explanation of the various arthritis diagnoses and their treatment options. Second, the class gives you the tools to access whether or not any of the available treatments may be something you might want to consider and discuss with your treating physician. Finally, and most helpful to me was, the home exercise program presented. It is targeted to help relieve, and/or prevent arthritis pain and contains precise explanations and diagrams of how to perform each exercise. In addition Jan goes through the entire exercise program explaining and demonstrating each exercise. In short the class is both informational and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about arthritis and how to live with it."

When people who knew I have arthritis use to ask me how I felt, my common response was pain. About 12 years ago I attended one of Jans seminars which put me on a new path, one that would help me improve the quality of my life living with arthritis. When Jan introduced her course Feeling Good With Arthritis I immediately signed up and the rest is history. I will always have arthritis but at least now I am in control. I always heard that knowledge is power and now I know for sure it is. Thank you Jan for your hard work and dedication to helping people with arthritis!"

“I'm a spine surgery veteran. I learned the hard way of what slouching over a desk for forty years without exercising can do for a spine. Since my surgery I've attended a few of Jan's programs and read her, "Feeling Good with Arthritis" workbook. Had I known the damage I was doing to my spine and how easy it would be to spend only minutes a day in preventive exercises, years ago, I probably wouldn't have had to suffer the sciatica pains I had which eventually resulted in surgery to correct. We go to school to prepare us for the rest of our lives and there is nothing more important than our health. I think this course should be mandatory curriculum in high school. It would not only cut down on spine damage, it would eliminate ramped obesity.”

"Jan has the knack of making you think that she only talks to you. She makes herself available for questions and in doing so she personalizes her information to your needs. After attending a few of Jan's seminars, one feels even more strongly her talk is aimed at only you. She will greet you by name and make inquiry about a subject she may have discussed with you. Her confident manner raises her creditability in your eyes-thus making her message "sink in" and be accepted."
